About Me 1_edited.jpg

I'm Steph; mum to Mabel, my four-year-old schnoodle, lover of the outdoors, and someone who's spent the last few years finding my way back to myself.

For twenty eight years, I built a career in pharmaceutical development, and later manufacturing and team leadership. I'm proud of the work, products that genuinely helped people, a career I worked hard for. When I turned 40, a fifteen-year relationship came to an end, and I made the decision to move back home to Northumberland and start again.

I told myself I was fine. I kept going, through a demanding new role, leading a team through major organisational change, all the things I thought I "should" be able to handle. But my body was telling a different story: chronic fatigue, IBS, skin issues, a quiet loss of interest in things I used to love. Eventually I had to admit what was actually happening, burnout, tangled up with perimenopause.

I started working with my own coach, and for the first time in years, I stopped and asked myself what I actually wanted. That reflection led me somewhere unexpected: back to an interest in health and wellness something I'd always had, but never pursued. I enrolled in a Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching alongside my full-time job, not realising quite how much it would change me personally along the way.

Slowly, the fatigue lifted. The IBS resolved. I found a way to work with perimenopause rather than fight it. Not through perfection, through small, consistent changes that actually fit my life.

That experience is why I do this work now. I left my pharmaceutical career to help other women find their way back to feeling like themselves, grounded in respect, independence, integrity, purpose and health. I believe you don't need to become a different person. You need consistency, not perfection, and small, meaningful changes that create lasting impact.

I'm still on this path myself, building this business while making sure my own health stays the priority, not the afterthought. And I'll be honest: I thought about a change like this once before, years ago, and talked myself out of it. This time, I decided that not trying wasn't an option.

If you're standing where I once stood I'd love to help you find your way back too.
